General Return Policy
At Phire & Ash, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy as follows:
Non-Returnable Items

Plants: All sales of plants are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any plant products due to their perishable nature and the care required to maintain their health.

Made To Order Items: Any item that is made to order is non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to: clothing, phone cases, prints and household accessories. Once these items have been shipped, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for plants or customized items, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at phireandash@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
Steps for Reporting a Damaged Item:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos showing the damage.
- Resolution: We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Please note that we cannot accept claims for damages reported after 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders for non-customized items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at phireandash@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Made to order purchases cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective, as outlined above. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return or claim has been reviewed and accepted. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
