All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping rate is $6 for most items unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Shipping costs for all other items will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Shipping Destinations
Phire & Ash ships to the 48 continental United States at this time. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can track your order via the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
The shipping costs for your order will be displayed at checkout, along with any applicable sales tax. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges or fees that may apply after shipping.
Lost or Damaged Items
Phire & Ash is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
